Can we change the team size during the contract?
Yes. You can add or remove engineers with 30 days’ notice, and the monthly fee changes from the next month.
What happens at the end of the contract?
You can renew, move to a smaller support plan, or take everything in-house. You always keep the source code, documentation and access.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We regularly take over SAP systems, ERPs, apps and cloud accounts built by other teams, starting with a short audit.
Which cloud providers do you support?
AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and on-premise Linux servers. We can also move you between them.
Where is the team based?
